 We were pleased and successful with our purchasing of a condo unit at 21 Iceboat Rd in Toronto. 

Even though Maria is our personal friend, she really knows how to separate friendship from business.  Maria was very professional in the way she led us to our purchase.  She was always dressed professionally, always on time (even considering the craziness of traffic from Oakville to Toronto), never got lost, always found the keys and the fobes in the usually labyrinth of the condos downtown Toronto.  She was always fair on her comments and opinions and always said what was to be said about a propriety raw and simple without sugar quoting – if was a bad property she would tells us so, if good she would tell us without been pushy.   The final decision on the purchasing us totally ours, but we are forever thankful to Maria as she led us to the right decision.  Dealing with Maria throughout our purchasing process shows me the reason she is so successful.  Also, after the purchasing, Maria was diligent on the follow-up up to the closing date and went beyond her obligation and our expectancy with the services she has provided to rent the unit.  She measured no efforts to get things going…two weeks between the closing date and having a tenement and a signed contract for rental.
